General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Acceptance
By making a reservation, paying a deposit, or prepaying, the client fully accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS), to the exclusion of any other document. No special conditions may override the GTCS without written agreement from Brittany & Spa.

Booking
A booking must be guaranteed by written confirmation (email, fax, or letter), including valid credit card details (number, expiry date, and CVV), or by prepayment at least 10 days prior to arrival.
For bookings of three or more rooms (or banquets), a deposit schedule is established. Failure to comply may result in cancellation.

A reservation is confirmed once a booking number has been issued. Any cancellation or modification must be submitted in writing and validated by Brittany & Spa.

Late cancellation:
• Less than 5 days before arrival for 1–3 rooms
• Less than 1 month before arrival for 4+ rooms
In case of late cancellation, shortened stays, late arrivals, or early departures, the full amount of the reserved services will be charged. Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

A single occupancy of a double room will still be charged as double occupancy.
Accommodation
Rooms are located in the Manor House and Batz Wing.
Rooms are available from ? and must be vacated by ?.
Weekend, holiday and eve supplements: €70 per room. Corkage fee: €20 per bottle. Leashed dogs are welcome in the hotel (€20 per pet/night).
Dining
Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.
Unless otherwise specified, drinks are not included.
Once meal service has started, it will only pause during coffee service. Entertainment (music, speeches, etc.) is only permitted after dessert and with prior approval.
Our cuisine is made with fresh products and depends on market availability. We may adapt the menu without prior notice or compensation. Reserved but unconsumed dinners incur a €40 per guest fee.
For meals with more than 10 guests, the menu must be confirmed 15 days in advance. The final guest count must be provided 72 hours before the event and will be the minimum charged. Unconsumed meals will still be invoiced.

Meal service times:
• Lunch: 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Dinner: 7:30 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.
In case of late arrival, Brittany & Spa reserves the right to adapt the menu or service to respect closing times (5:00 p.m. for lunch, midnight for dinner).
Additional Information
All premises are non-smoking.
Due to the property’s natural surroundings (moats, ponds, forest), children must be under adult supervision at all times. Brittany & Spa declines all liability for accidents or damages. Any damage caused by group members will be the client’s responsibility.
Events or exhibitions (indoor or outdoor) require prior written approval. The organizer agrees to return the spaces to their original condition at their own expense.
Brittany & Spa reserves the right to cancel the contract in cases of force majeure (strikes, fire, power outages, flooding, etc.). The client is responsible for any extras not settled by their guests.
No compensation will be granted for incidents not directly attributable to the hotel (e.g. power or water cuts). Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts.
